SemeaTech NH3-L series long-life electrochemical ammonia sensors have been receiving consistent, high praise from the market since their official release. Recently, we received positive feedback from a leading global manufacturer of ammonia detection and control equipment for cold storage compressor rooms. This manufacturer, which holds a significant share of the global cold storage compressor room ammonia detection and control equipment market, confirmed that their systems equipped with our flagship product—the NH3-L series long-life electrochemical ammonia sensors—successfully achieved UL-62990 certification, a key standard for toxic gas detectors used in cold storage compressor rooms.
The UL-62990 standard was developed by UL (Underwriters Laboratories Inc.), a globally recognized, independent, not-for-profit public safety organization.
