Release of 4-Series C2H2, C2H4 sensors

SemeaTech announces today that it has added the following new products into the gas sensor family:

4-Series C2H2 sensor
4C2H2-10 sensor
4C2H2-100 sensor
4C2H2-200 sensor

4-Series C2H4 sensor
4C2H4-10 sensor
4C2H4-100 sensor
4C2H4-200 sensor



These new gas sensors mainly addressed the long-term issues in the industry about the cross-sensitivities with other gases when detecting C2H2 and C2H4.
 

4-Series C2H2 sensor typical cross-sensitivities:



The cross-sensitivity of the C2H2 sensor to C2H4 is about 1%	The cross-sensitivity of the C2H2 sensor to H2 is less than 0.1%
The C2H2 sensor has little response to CO	The C2H2 sensor has little response to the VCM


4-Series C2H4 sensor typical cross-sensitivities:



The C2H4 sensor has little response to CO	The cross-sensitivity of the C2H4 sensor to H2 is about 0.125%
