September 18 marked the successful conclusion of Sensor China 2026, one of the world’s three major sensor exhibitions, held at the Shanghai International Sourcing Exhibition & Convention Center. As a leading enterprise in gas sensing, SemeaTech showcased an extensive lineup of new products and industry solutions, engaging in in-depth exchanges with customers and industry experts from home and abroad, fully demonstrating its robust technical capabilities in gas sensing.
On-Site Booth | Assembly of New Product Portfolio, Distinguished Guests Visit for Exchanges
Over the three-day exhibition, SemeaTech’s booth drew steady crowds, attracting numerous industrial chain partners and global customers to stop and communicate. A wide range of upgraded new products and mature flagship offerings were displayed onsite, covering diverse application scenarios including semiconductor manufacturing, specialty gas detection, calibration & generation, and radiation monitoring.
Key exhibits featured this time:
●Process monitoring products for the semiconductor industry: 4SM series gas sensors, gas monitor modules and gas detectors;
●New electrochemical sensors with proprietary technology and additional detectable gases: long-life lead-free oxygen sensors 4O2‑LF‑100% / 4O2‑LF‑M, new mini-series sensors (AsH₃, THT, CH₃SH, bias-free NO), and 4-series acrylonitrile (C₃H₃N) sensors for rare gas detection;
●Photoionization gas sensors: 7-series PID, 4-series PID, and upgraded 4PID Plus series;

●Gas calibrators for HCl, VOC, HF, HCHO, H₂O₂ and more;
●Radiation monitoring products, low-power infrared sensors, and innovative zero-bias designs for conventional biased sensors such as NO and HCl.
The exhibition welcomed many distinguished visitors. Dr. Zhang Rujing, a pioneer of the chip industry, alongside his entourage accompanied by leaders from the China Sensor and IoT Industry Alliance, visited the SemeaTech booth. The delegation held thorough discussions with the SemeaTech team, fully recognizing the critical value of gas detection technology for industrial safety and leaving an inscription on site as a memento.
Many industry experts and global customers showed strong interest in semiconductor process monitoring and gas calibration equipment. Several clients arranged factory tours after the exhibition to advance further business negotiations.

Concurrent with the exhibition, the Forum on Sensors for Semiconductor Equipment Applications was held as scheduled. Mr. Cui Zhe, Vice President of Operations at SemeaTech, was invited to deliver a keynote speech titled Smart Gas Detector Technology and Applications for Semiconductor Manufacturing Processes.
In light of the stringent working conditions in the semiconductor sector, the presentation shared R&D concepts, product iteration logic and practical application experience of smart gas detectors. It analyzed opportunities and challenges for sensor components deployed in high-end manufacturing scenarios and sparked lively discussions among on-site experts and engineers.
