Using the new material and technology SemeaTech has successfully developed the formaldehyde (HCHO) sensor that completely eliminates the cross-sensitivity of alcohols. It also tremendously minimizes the cross-sensitivity of carbon monoxide as well as acetic acid comparing with the same products from the other manufacturers. "This new product eventually resolved the well-known deficiencies of accuracy and reliability of those formaldehyde sensors in today's marketplace. This new product can be widely used in occupational protection, in-door air quality measurement, industrial process control, medical and food safety " said Dr. Ray Shie, CTO of SemeaTech.
This new product is expected to ship with volumes in July, 2017.
